7 Things, Miley Cyrus

So I decided to make a list of 7 Things that I loved about the 4th of July!

7 Things - Miley Cyrus

1) I made an awesome breakfast that morning. It was Kneaders French Toast, which is delectable!

2) I attended the Murray Parade with Friends and Family. My favorite Parade entry was the Giant inflatable Frosty, or the Barack Float... Barack + Your vote = Greater Tomorrow!

3) The BYU Suite at a local hotel.... Filled with Paraphenalia, and the Beast's Blue Bottle! We ate incredible salads, burgers, and bundt cake!

4) Reminder of what America stands for, and those keeping us safe.

5) Good Friends.... who act like crazy Wildcats!

6) Miley Cyrus... Stadium of Fire.

7) Celine Dion songs to fireworks.... I get kinda emotional...

But Thankfully I had the 16 year old Hannah's to cheer me up!

I'm So Excited, Young Divas

Last night I did not sleep too well. After a long delay, the winners for the Miley Cyrus/Stadium of Fire Tickets were going to be announced. Well the time has come for the winners: Hint... 2 Min 55 Seconds.

Note: One had to send in postcards that were going to be drawn from a pile. First place Winner receives 4 tickets to Miley, and then the remaining 5 winners will receive the upcoming Jason Wright book.

Note to the Second Power: Pick up Jason Wright's books here for a really good price! Great Christmas in July and summer read.

I guess I need to find plans for July the 4th!

See You Again, Miley Cyrus

This weekend was a really fun one that left me tonight wondering where did it go? I went to a concert this past weekend that ended up in people singing Miley's song, even if they don't like her or know the words.

Also I attended a work party as well, and it was filled with ice cream, laughter, and a greater relationship with my co-workers. At the party I glanced out the window to see two 10-year-old skating and filming their skateboarding movie. It made me laugh and reminsce about my youth. A friend and I used to make music videos, documentaries, dance contest videos, and science project movies that were really lame but we thought they were super cool.

Saturday also brought a seminar on getting into the entertainment industry. Out of most of the people there, I feel I am the most ready to break into it! This was a blessing in disguise because lately I have been feeling the opposite.

Also I had the "pop revelation" that Miley Cyrus is getting a little annoying, and she is too much in the media spotlight. I send my thanks to a friend for helping with this!
