LOL -- I have SEEN these -- they also gave them out to employees at our HR Work day - they are probably bottled tap water...?
I can't decide which sounds better--State Fair water, or BORBA!
That's creepy. I hope you complained. But, if you were at Reams on Ft. Union...then I can understand. Reams....ew...
